I've got two pairs of shoes, the lithe glove and pace gloves, that I rotate between for running. I'm a total minimalist shoe convert, and I found that I wanted that free and comfortable shoes at all times, not just when I was hitting the trails. These are super easy to get on and off. The little velcro strap actually slides completely out of the slot, so you don't even have to wiggle your foot underneath it to put the shoe on. The shoe is roomy, yet not extremely boxy-looking. The sole is adequately flexible to allow your foot to bend normally. They do look a little sporty, but I've found it's not too hard to incorporate into my casual wardrobe.

I'm a barefoot runner, but I can't always walk around barefoot. My Pure Glove shoes are exactly what I needed for the times I can't go barefoot. When I first tried them on, I was pleasantly surprised at how much they felt like I was barefoot. I love that there is not a thick heel, so it allows me to use the same forefoot strike I use when going barefoot. They are by far the most comfortable shoe I've every worn. The velcro strap is so much easier and more convenient than shoe strings and they allow for easy adjustment. The shoe is also surprisingly very light. The sides are very thin and flexible which is nice. It allows air in so your feet can breath. I do wish the sole was more flexible, but I can't complain because the shoe is exactly what I needed!

I have these in black and I love them. They are my third style of Merrell Barefoot shoes and they do not disappoint. The adjustable Velcro strap, make them quick and easy to take on and off, and since I have a narrow foot, it gives me the support I need and keeps the shoe from sliding.
