Introducing the Fall/Winter 2021 Collection

Take a step closer to the real outdoors with the Fall/Winter 2021 collection from Merrell 1trl. The collection is designed specifically to take you across the threshold into the backcountry hardcore. Into the extreme environments that bring extreme beauty, the ridges we couldn’t reach a year ago, footwear that lets us double down on the 1 trail we’ve chosen.

Part one of the collection sees the exclusive Moab Speed GTX updated in coyote and lichen colourways, bringing an earthy edge to the speed hiking shoe. The Cham 8 gets a rugged redesign in the Cham 8 stretch tactical, a super breathable, rough and ready walking shoe. On the cosier side of the campsite, the Hut Moc Fleece is a material switch up for the colder days. Finally the Jungle Mid Zip PLR, Jungle Moc Explorer and Jungle Slide adapt the classic Merrell icon for a multitude of different uses.

As the season continues, we’ll be resurrecting the Solo and Shoreline from the Merrell archives. Exclusive to 1TRL, these models from the late 90’s and early 00’s embrace the utilitarian design principles with the independent expression that defined the era, and still influences Merrell designs today. The Catalyst Pro returns in a vibrant selection of colourways, taking the approach shoe into bolder territory, with the beloved Moab getting the suede upper with a speckled outsole in the Moab Decon.

The collection marks a move to level up how we approach the trail. To move away from the one day excursion and start thinking about what our next expedition could be, with the right footwear to take you there. Because there is no manual, directive or tried approach to the trail. It’s our path to explore.
