  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We currently accept the following credit cards:

    Visa & Mastercard credit and debit cards.

    We also accept PayPal &, Apple Pay & Klarna.

  • Why was my card declined but there is a pending transaction?

    This usually happens when the billing and the shipping addresses are not the same, the transaction shows as pending. If this happens please contact Customer service at info@merrell.eu.

  • Why is your website not accepting my address at the checkout?

    Our system doesn't accept special characters (accents, parenthesis etc), so you please make sure that when you enter your address, it doesn't contain any of these.

  • What is Klarna and how do I use it?

  • Why doesn't my discount code work?

    The most likely reason is that there is a typo when entering the code, the discount code has expired, or the item you're trying to use it on is already discounted.

    Most of our discount codes will not work in conjunction with any sale item or promotion. They may be single-use only and not be valid for a second use.

  • Can I use 2 offer codes at once?

    Sorry. Only one offer is valid at a time.

  • What happens if I forget to enter my discount code at the checkout?

    Once your order is complete, unfortunately we can't honour your discount code. But don't worry, if it's still valid you can always use it on your next order.
