“Getting outside is truly a new adventure every day. It inspires us immensely for our work. In fact, when we’re stuck on ideas or going in circles, it’s our solution. We say, ‘Come on, let’s go for a 5-minute walk.’ And generally, it unblocks us instantly.”

“When I’m at the water’s edge, I’m not even on my phone. I put it on airplane mode or ‘do not disturb’ so people don’t distract me, because I love that moment when I’m disconnected from everything.”
Fishing isn’t about sitting still for him; it’s about standing waterside with friends, talking, laughing, listening to music, and letting the city blur into the background.
“The reason I go outside is basically that I don’t like being at home… I don’t like being in an apartment where it’s closed off. I prefer to be outside, whether it’s to see friends or just walk around doing nothing.”
Street fishing is his sanctuary: a moving meditation carved out of concrete and canals, where focus, freedom, and flow exist right where the city never sleeps.
