---Delivery update --- Potential delays
Due to recently implemented travel restrictions on goods travelling to/from the UK, orders may be delayed. Please be advised that standard shipping can take between 3 - 10 days. We will continue to work closely with our shipping provider to monitor products processed from our warehouse based outside of the UK. Express shipping is temporarily suspended. Orders arrive within 3-10 working days. Please expect a small delay if there is a bank holiday or your order is placed on a weekend. All orders will require a signature. Please note: For standard delivery through UPS will leave the parcel at the UPS access points after the first failed delivery attempt.

Delivery Rules & Restrictions
Orders are shipped on working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday.
We cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, to BFPOs (British Forces Post Offices) or the Isle of Man
Please note that we do not deliver to: PO Boxes, Packing stations, Freight Forwarding addresses, train stations or airports.
At delivery a person of age must provide a signature at the shipping address provided on the order.
We can only deliver to the address provided on the order. Changes after the order has been placed, are not possible.
Due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas, we unable to guarantee a 2 day delivery service in these circumstances, as such orders can only be accepted for standard delivery.
You will receive a notification in case of cancellation or in the case of difficulties with processing your order shortly after the issue is identified.
Peak Seasons
During sale and promotion periods delivery might take a little longer than you're used to. When you order more than one product, your order might arrive in different packages and arrive on different days.
Cancelling Orders
At Merrell.com, our goal is to expedite your order as quickly as possible; therefore, once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed.
