  • How long does delivery take / cost?

    Standard Shipping is £4.95 and is free for orders over £75 and will be typically delivered within 3-5 working days from your order date.

    Next Day Delivery is £5.99. Orders placed by 6pm Monday - Friday will be delivered the next day. Allow up to 2 working days for orders placed after 6pm and on weekends. We are unable to offer next day delivery to UK highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland.

    During sale and promotion periods delivery might take a little longer. When you order more than one product, your order might arrive in different packages and arrive on different days.

  • Evri couldn't deliver my order. Will they try again?

    If Evri are unable to deliver your order it will be returned to our warehouse and you will be refunded automatically. If you still wish to receive the goods, you will need to place a new order.

  • Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

    Our goal is to dispatch your order as quickly as possible; therefore, once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed. If you have questions about making a return once received please refer to our return policy or contact us.

  • How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

    As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Do you deliver to the Channel Islands, to BFPOs (British Forces Post Offices) or the Isle of Man?

    Sorry, but we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, to BFPOs (British Forces Post Offices) or the Isle of Man.

  • What should I do if my order is presumed lost, or missing an item?

    We're really sorry to hear that! If you think your order has been lost or if something is missing from your parcel, please get in touch with us right away. We're here to help, and we will quickly work with our delivery partners to investigate and, if needed, start a claim.

    In order to proceed, all claims must be submitted within 14 days from the shipment date, so please reach out as soon as possible to ensure we can assist you fully.

    Finally, for high value orders (£400+), you may be asked to complete a police report to support the claims process.
