The Merrell Down & Dirty Mud Run is coming to Hartford this year! For those who haven’t taken part before, it’s a three or six mile run packed full of military style obstacles, mud crawls and tests of strengths. This year, the race is in Harford on June 22nd.

The races begin between 7:30 and 9:30 in the morning, at Riverside Park. The race takes in the lagoon, lakes, valleys and Hearbreak Hill – with a 50 yard incline sure to test your resolve!

You can register on the Down & Dirty site for the race right now, with the three mile race costing $75 and the six mile version $85.
