Merrell’s Down & Dirty Mud Run is back for its fourth year running, and it’s finishing in Sacramento on November 2nd.

Runners will gather at Folsom Lake State Recreation Area on the day, for either a three or six mile race packed with military style obstacles. The run will take competitors across the beach, through brush, along gravel roads and up ‘Heartbreak Hill’.

You can register for the Sacramento Down & Dirty Run right now, which costs $85 for the shorter three mile race or $95 for the longer six mile version. Races will begin between 8 and 10am.
