Merrell’s Down & Dirty Obstacle Race is back for a fourth year, and will be coming to Miami on May 18th. If you’ve run it before, you’ll know what to expect: a grueling three or six mile race packed with military style obstacles!

This year’s race is fast and flat. It begins on the limestone and dirt trails that surround Zoo Miami, taking in the nearby forests. The 10k version offers plenty of opportunities to take in the exotic wildlife, as it goes on through Larry and Penny Thopson Park, via the lake outside the animal enclosures of the zoo!

You can register now on the Miami Down & Dirty Mud Run homepage, with races going between 7:30 and 10am, costing $80 for the three mile or $90 for the six mile version.
