Climbing, mountain biking, skiing, woodworking, chainsaws, trees, trails. Sounds like a pretty solid list of interests. And that’s just the beginning. Based in Caledon, Ontario, Ryan is a competitive athlete and volunteer trail builder. He is also a two-time Unicycle World Champion. Whether clearing out blow-downs or performing routine trail maintenance, Ryan gives back to the trail as often as he conquers it. That includes a long list of Toughest Mudders, World’s Toughest Mudders and other races, where he competes alongside his wife Lindsay Webster. When not racing the clock, Ryan likes to plan long-distance fastpacking adventures and traverses with friends, Lindsay and his dog, Sunnto. As long as he’s moving fast, Ryan’s happy.
