Delivery & Shipping

  • How long does delivery take / cost?

    Standard Shipping is 70kr (free over 950kr) and will be delivered within 3-5 working days from your order date. Express shipping costs 180kr and will be dlivered within 2 working days.

    Orders are shipped Monday to Friday only from our Netherlands warehouse.
    During sale and promotion periods delivery might take a little longer than you're used to. When you order more than one product, your order might arrive in different packages and arrive on different days.

    All deliveries must be signed upon receipt.

  • Why was my parcel delivered to a UPS Access Point when I selected my home address for delivery?

    Parcels are delivered to Access Points, when UPS cannot find anyone home at the address that appears on the label.

  • UPS couldn't deliver my order. Will they try again?

    If UPS are unable to deliver your order it will be returned to our warehouse and you will be refunded automatically. If you still wish to receive the goods, you will need to place a new order.

  • Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

    Our goal is to dispatch your order as quickly as possible; therefore, once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed. If you have questions about making a return once received please refer to our return policy or contact us.

  • How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

    As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • What should I do if my order is presumed lost, or missing an item?

    We're really sorry to hear that! If you think your order has been lost or if something is missing from your parcel, please get in touch with us right away. We're here to help, and we will quickly work with our delivery partners to investigate and, if needed, start a claim.

    In order to proceed, all claims must be submitted within 14 days from the shipment date, so please reach out as soon as possible to ensure we can assist you fully.

    Finally, for high value orders (£400+), you may be asked to complete a police report to support the claims process.
