Q: What is one stereotype of a hiker/runner you'd like to change?

A: That you're only a hiker if you're on the trail every week. Some people are only able to get outside a few times a year. That doesn't exclude them from the title!

Q: What are your favourite outdoor activities?

A: Hiking, Biking, Downhill/Cross-Country Skiing, and spending time at the cottage!

Q: What kind of barriers to the outdoors have you faced (if any), and what did you do to overcome them?

A: Since I transitioned the fears that most women experience have become alot more clear. Will I be safe, is this trail well used, do I have cell signal just incase? I share what trail I'm heading to, how long I expect it to take, mid trail check ins, and don't listen to music or anything distracting.
