Q: Thinking back to your first outdoor experience, what advice would you give to your younger self?

A: Equipment is so important... invest in good shoes, good clothes and a water bottle, all those little things can make a huge difference! Quality is important.

Q: How has hiking/running benefited your life?

A: It's helpful for my mood, and I also think the more time that I spend in nature, the more I am inspired for work as a photographer.

Q: How do you fuel up before a hike/run?

A: I'm a big fan of a classic hard boiled egg and having a matcha tea/coffee to pick me up, especially if I am going for a hike at night.
