A: Water, Trail Map, Small Knife, Allergy Medication, Headlamp.
Q: Where in Canada is your favourite trail to hike/run + why?
A: The "Acropole des Draveurs" in the Charlevoix region. The panoramic views of the trail (many points of view) have 3 summits! Each of these summits offers a magnificent view!
Q: What is your favourite Merrell product + why?
A: The Moab Speed Mid GTX. Super light and very comfortable to wear during my summer and fall hikes! Breathability and waterproofness is number 1!
