Discretion

Pro Deal program members agree to keep their participation in this Pro Deal program confidential; they will not mention it to anyone outside of their immediate family or co-workers who also participate in the program. The privilege to purchase Merrell footwear at a special price is for the approved member and their immediate family only Product purchased through this program may not be gifted outside of the immediate family or resold. Immediate family is defined as a member's spouse or children who reside with the member. Members agree not to use any retail store for returns.

Special Pricing and Purchase Limits

Approved program members receive special pricing on footwear. The suggested retail and the member's special price are noted after the promo code is entered. The discount rate may vary per product. Members are limited to 12 items per year. We reserve the right to limit product availability by gender, size, colour, and/or stock number.

Product Availability

Product availability will be noted next to each style/size and is updated on a daily basis. Approximate order turnaround is one to two weeks depending on the requested shipping method.

Shipping Information

Unless requested otherwise, orders will be shipped via regular ground transportation at the member's expense. Orders requesting express shipping will be at the member's expense.

Payment Information

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. Payment by debit card, check or money order will not be accepted.

Order Status/Confirmation

Members will receive an order and shipping confirmation via e-mail and can check order status any time (select Track Your Order).

Exchanges/Returns

Sorry, Wolverine World Wide Canada ULC cannot accept returns or exchanges (NO EXCEPTIONS). Program members agree to double check their orders before submitting.

By participating in the program, you agree to receive periodic email marketing subject to our privacy policy available here. You may opt out at any time.

Account Suspension/Termination

Accounts are valid for ONE YEAR from the approval date. We may renew the account upon receipt of employment verification. We have the right to suspend or terminate the program as a whole or a member’s account at any time for any reason or no reason, including if we believe the member is abusing the program. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you via e-mail regarding any suspension/termination. You agree to no longer purchase through the program if you change employment unless you update us and we approve your continued use of the program. We have the right to periodically contact a member’s ‘proof of employment’ to verify employment.

Account Status Notification

We will notify applicants regarding account status via e-mail within three weeks of the application date.

Updates

We may update these Rules and Regulations at any time without notice.
