Easy returns for Unworn merchandise
We will gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of the date of purchase. There are no refunds available for unworn merchandise returned after the 30-day period.
All returns will be at consumers expense, non refundable.
If unworn merchandise is found to be manufacturing defective, customer service will assume full responsibility and provide a credit for the merchandise and the shipping costs.
All returns must be processed with a Return Authorization Number (RA).
MERRELL.COM/CA reserves the right to charge repacking and restocking fees up to $7.00 per item returned.
All returns will be at consumers expense, non refundable.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed. A refund should appear on your credit card statement shortly thereafter.

Easy returns for deffective merchandise
MERRELL.COM/CA stands behind the quality and workmanship of the materials used in our products.
If you suspect a defect on merchandise that has been worn, the merchandise must be returned for inspection and a determination of eligibility for an exchange or merchandise credit.
Please contact our Consumer - Customer Service department to obtain a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return the item(s) to our warehouse.
Returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
Excessively worn or damaged merchandise will not qualify for credit.
Warranty periods for defective workmanship and/or materials:
Shoes and boots carry a 1-year warranty
Sandals carry a 3-month warranty
Apparel products and bags carry a limited lifetime warranty
Socks carry a 3-year warranty
