This year’s Washington DC Down & Dirty Mud Run is scheduled for July 13th. Packed with military style obstacles, mud crawls and tests of strength, it’s the perfect opportunity for Washington types to push themselves to their limits.

There are three or six mile variants of the course, taking you through a varied course made up on heavily wooded forests around Governors Bridge Natural Area and the Patuxent River, around the local corn fields and up and down hills.

The race begins at the Prince George’s Stadium, with start times scheduled between 7:30 and 9:30. The full race day costs $75 for the three mile and $85 for the six mile version.
