Workout 1
Partner Carry – Alternate with your partner and go for a jog
Workout 2
Prison Break – Sprint relay with partner
Workout 3
Farmers Revenge – Alternate between being the farmer and the wheelbarrow
Workout 4
Get Low – Air squat while your partner holds active squat
Workout 5
The Highlander – Do mountain climbers while your parter holds plank
Workout 6
Surf and Turf – Bear crawl out and crab walk back then switch.
