A perfect fit and instant comfort. This is my second pair of Merrell hiking shoes. It's so nice that something can be ordered online with such predictable results. Great fit and a pleasure to wear out. I'll buy a third pair in a couple years when these need replacing.

Good shoes* Pros: - Good snug fit, don't easily fall off - Heavy and extremely durable so far - Waterproof, huge plus - Nice grip to prevent slipping Cons: - Run a little narrow (or I have wide feet maybe) - Heavy (tiring after long walks) - Little to no arch support; better off investing in an extra pair of soles which give support

Excellent (casual-looking) substitute for the regular (sporty) Moab I've owned 5 pairs of Merrells over the past 8-years. Three were the regular Moab shoe; one was an obsolete Chameleon design; and the last is a boot that I've had for at least 4-years and still performing strong. All of them were/are a delight to have. The Moab Rover is an excellent substitute for the regular Moab if someone wants a shoe that's more casual and less sporty-looking by comparison. The Espresso colored version pairs well with Chinos, blue jeans and casual shorts. If it's designed as well as the regular Moabs and Chameleon I've owned, it promises to be a winner as an all-season shoe!

Amazingly comfortable The first day I wore these shoes I had them on all day and didn't realize it until the end of the day! That doesn't typically happen with new shoes. I bought them for the style and color which make them great for the office as well as fitness walking.
