Merrell Make-it-Right Warranty
A proof of purchase is necessary to return products
Merrell products are fully warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a Merrell product fails due to any material or manufacturing defect we will repair or replace it at our discretion. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, improper care, product abuse and/or negligence, or use of product for unintended purpose.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because you can't get outside without gear that fits you right, Merrell stands behind every product that we produce and wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with a Merrell product within 90 days of purchase please let us know about it.
If the product is:
UNWORN within 90 days of purchase
Replacement or refund, no questions asked.
WORN within 90 days of purchase
Replacement or exchange.
; all products purchased from Merrell.com and Merrell stores are issued a return label enclosed in your original packaging. If missing proof of purchase from original packaging you may contact us
to request one.
If Merrell finds a return is necessary, we will contact you via phone or e-mail and issue your Return Authorization # and instructions on how to send us your product.
All packages should be shipped via insured parcel; Merrell will not be responsible for products during shipment from the customer to our warranty department. Inbound shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.
If your original purchase was not from Merrell.com or Merrell store, we encourage you to initially speak with the retailer from whom you made the purchase; they may be able to help you quicker with your local purchase. Please feel free to contact our Merrell team
