I recently purchased the CT Stamina 2 after owning a pair of Merrell hiking shoes for over a year. I wanted the same comfort in a regular sneaker, and I was not disappointed. There was no break in period. They were light and comfortable with the first wearing, and they are also very attractive. I then went on to buy some sandals from Merrell because I wanted the freedom of wearing flip flops but I needed the support for my feet also. Once again I was not disappointed. I am a lifelong Merrell fan!

I bought this shoe because I overpronate. After wearing it a few days I was surprised at how much it helped. They are comfortable, cool and light. I really like these shoes!

I used to be an avid runner but injured my achilles (which was caused by an extremely flat foot). I am now a 7 days a week brisk walker, walking 4 very hilly miles each morning.
The Stamina 2 has been an awesome shoe (I've had it for about 1 month). With my custom orthodics inserted, this shoe provides tremendous support and although there is plenty of room in the toe box, my feet feel very secure. And, there was no break-in time needed - The shoes fit like a glove the first day I used them.
I wear a size seven in a dress shoe but I ordered a size 8 as all of my running shoes in the past have been one size larger. This was the right decision.
