I love these boots! They are warm, comfortable and waterproof. I was waiting for it to snow so I could try them out and I didn't take them off all day. You just slip them on, you don't have to undo the buckles on the side. Plus I got compliments on how nice they look. Thanks for another great product Merrell!

Great look, great traction, confy, and warm. Only complain is that the leather strings seem weak, like they might break every time I put the buttons on, and they are not long enough. Waterproof works great, noticed today that i had some water drops all over, and didn't even get wet. Wish Merrell had tips on how to take care of the boots, never had suede shoes, so I don't know how to keep them looking good.

It’s great to hear from our consumers! The waterproof suede can be gently brushed off, and salt stains on dry leather can be removed by wiping them with white vinegar on a damp cloth. These boots are slip on and off; so the leather strings and the buttons are for style / looks only. We hope this helps! Thanks for sharing your review!

If you need to extend the loops try an elastic ponytail band looped around each leather band. This extends the built in loops and makes them easy to loop around the buttons plus holds the boot on quite firmly. Other than that adjustment needed these boots are exactly what I was looking for. Comfy, warm, flat footbed, good traction, not heavy, breathable and waterproof.
