I am a hostess and I am on my feet for 8 hours. This shoe is perfect for that. Could use a little cushion on the balls of my feet. I used a foot jell under the insert which made it perfect.

I hate wearing heals... But I love wearing these! Very comfortable, even when you are on your feet for hours.

These are the best shoes I've ever owned! I am a total shoe snob, and so it is very hard to find comfortable "good for your feet" shoes that are also cute and professional. These shoes are so comfortable - I have honestly ran in them (granted it was down a carpeted hallway) but the non slip bottoms with the super comfortable foot bed make that possible. And since I also am unfortunately a sweaty-foot type of person, the replaceable foot beds is what originally sold me on this shoe because all of my shoes eventually get smelly. I have washed the foot beds in the washer a few times, and that helped immensely with my "do my feet stink?!?" phobia. Eventually bought new foot beds and rotate so they completely dry out between uses and that's solved my smelly foot problem forever! Honestly, this is THE most fantastically perfect shoe for the career type gal.
