I originally ordered this in my typical size 12, but found it a bit small in length and width. I returned it for a 13 (no half sizes after 12), and have very VERY happy with these! Merrells have been consistently among the most comfortable and durable shoes I have owned, and these seem to be falling right into place. On a side note, huge kudos to the Merrell customer service team. The sizing issues I faced with the running shoes have been an ongoing thing, and they bent over backwards to make it right at no additional cost to me. Convenient processes and very professional and approachable staff made any transactions virtually seamless! I highly recommend these shoes, and Merrell in general, to anyone who seeks quality. (I am just saddened that the Hush Puppies/Merrell factory store closed in nearby Hershey!)
