Thank you for your inquiry. Yes you can use the Men's All Out Blaze Stretch for jogging. Like any footwear, if you experience any discomfort discontinue use.

I was a little wary of this shoe at first look, but decided to give it a try. I am very hard on footwear they seem to last only a few weeks at best. This shoe needed no break-in what so ever and has proven to be a strong workhorse. Running, trekking or doing a power through, this shoe has lasted about 3 weeks so far and is showing only slight wear. Keep in mind...other shoes would have already been replaced. I recommend this shoe for every person that does extreme speed trailing. Ron

the shoes are great. i was unsure of the stretch fitting but it turned out great. my disappointment comes from where the shoes are made.. i am disgusted with the fact that companies choose to have products manufactured in china. i am aware that its cheaper but the "savings" is costing americans jobs and crippling our manufacturing ability. i for one would rather spend a few more dollars on american made than save anything on chinese made stuff

  • Perfect Minimalist Alternative to the Chameleon Stretch

This is almost the equivalent of a Barefoot Chameleon 4 Stretch. It is my first of Blaze series. Being a minimalist shoe it does not have a removable insole, however, it certainly does not need one, given that it has sufficient cushioning and arch support built into the shoe already. It certainly redeems the idea of the Proterra Sport having only a 6mm drop without the bricklike sole. A vibram sole is a definite plus. I would point out (since the sole patterns are no longer displayed on the merrell website) that the tread pattern is far more creative and useful than the boring, incomprehensible pattern found on the Proterra. The overall comfort of this shoe has no rival of any in its class.
