I bought my first pair of Pulsates the first of the new year 2014. They fit great and I was very happy with them until they unexpectedly self destructed some 9 months later - an apparent problem with the sole and the upper on one shoe delaminating. While this may sound like a complaint, I want to say that I wrote the company of my issue. As much as anything, I wanted to give a consumers report of a product failure and hopefully find some reassurance it was an isolated problem. Having worn the shoes for nearly every day for 9 months, I certainly wasn't expecting any reimbursement or replacement. I received a reply, asking me to return the product and in a couple of weeks, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Merrell was replacing my shoes! I have been a Merrell customer for years and am happy to say I will continue to be a customer. Thank you!
