I recently purchased the Merrell Mix Master Road Glides. I am IN LOVE! I can not rave enough about these sneakers. After suffering a knee injury, I could not find a pair of sneakers to support my injury. My husband bought a pair for his long distance runs and for kickboxing and swore up and down they were amazing. So, I decided to give them a try. These sneakers are my saving grace. I not only use these sneakers for running, but for kickboxing and for my everyday walking commute in New York City. Thank you for making an amazing sneaker! I will be buying Merrells from now on!

These shoes were so comfortable in the store, I couldn't wait to have a pair for myself. I took my first walk in them today, I scheduled a time for a short walk to see what kind of break in period I needed. I don't need a break in period. For me, these shoes are good for a long walk or run, right out of the box.

I bought these shoes when someone recommended looking into the new "minimalist movement". I have a back injury that has affected all of my joints, so standing and walking for long periods of time, especially carrying my toddler, is very difficult. It's taken some getting used to, but I LOVE these shoes! They are so comfortable, and once I got passed the initial transition have had much less pain than ever before. Even better, my hips and knees don't bother me nearly as much when I'm standing for long periods of time.

These are perfect - thanks Merrell. After a 3 month layoff last summer with a foot injury I slowly built up time and distance in my trusty Dash Glove but found that as my training times went beyond an hour, my bad foot was getting uncomfortable and sore, and then my knee, and then my quads, etc. I bought the MixMasters this week based on increased cushioning for street running - took them on an easy 30 min run and today did a 10k. No pain, no stiffness, a surprisingly quick, cushioned ride with a nice grippy feel on wet, hilly streets. Ok, the MixMaster looks more like a 'sensible shoe' than its sleek greyhound sisters - Pace, Dash and Crush, but it is light and I know it will get me through my first half marathon race this fall. No pain - lots of gain.

I bought these to have a lightweight, breathable option for running on the trails in the Spring/Summer. I normally wear Brooks Ghost for running indoors on the treadmill in the cold weather. I have a medium width foot, which sometimes can be more on the narrow side. This shoe wraps my foot well and there is still some room at the front of the foot, so it might be okay for widths slightly wider than medium. I love how lightweight the shoe is, the Blue color is striking and attractive, and how breathable it is! I look forward to many long walks and runs outside this season. I'm also going to wear these for long days at the theme parks in Orlando for Spring Break. These shoes will provide more comfort and support than my flip flops. I plan on purchasing the Orenco jacket in the same Blue color to wear as a matching windbreaker/Spring jacket.
