I've been huge fan of Merrell's Belay bottoms but I have to say that I love the more refined look of the Newbelay (no more side, hip pocket-yay). I will bring this bottom to Italy this summer and love that it's a technical bottom that can be dressed up. The waistband is so comfortable for sitting or hiking. I highly recommend for anyone looking for refined versatility.
