This sandal is stylish and comfortable! I've got plantar faciitis (inflamed muscle under foot) and this is the only shoe that is comfortable! I wear them everywhere. Even in winter (indoors). Love them. I'm on my second pair after two years with the first. I bought a second pair for fun. You'll love them.

First please know that I didn't buy these sandals, but think my review may be helpful for those looking to buy online. I loved these in the store, and they were very cute on. A very comfortable and light shoe, but I couldn't adjust them to fit my average foot. The velcro on the front side doesn't do much good if you try to make the fit smaller as the side panel itself doesn't move, so even if you try to adjust that portion smaller it won't affect the feel of the sandal. The velcro around the heal on each side is not very secure. To fit around my average width foot, I had to pull the straps in and I found that there wasn't enough velcro left to attach them to. The salesperson verified that I tried on the correct size. When I did get them as small as they go, as soon as I walked several steps they released on their own. My toes slid forward with space open at the heal. I've noticed this trend in sandals over the past several years where the sandal is made to fit over a fatter foot, but they are too loose on other feet. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find a comfortable sandal that fit well.

These are very comfortable sandals. I got them to wear to a wedding in Hawaii, and they are perfect. I'll be wearing for every day summer footwear after the wedding.

I am sorry I did not read the review of the customer,who complained about the velcro straps being not very adjustable. These sandals are just too loose!! There is a cross strap over the instep which has a buckle, but that is not adjustable!! -- so that strap is much too loose over my instep, and nothing can be done about it. If you try to rectify it by tightening the heel strap, it just pops open. I am going to return Merrells for the first time in my life! Will try for an exchange, but don't know whether a smaller size will help this problem! I am disappointed because you make very few white sandals that are not flip-floppy, and I wanted a white sandal that would stay on my foot. If they had fit properly, they would be very comfortable.
