These shoes are so comfortable and I can wear them with dress slacks or jeans. Like the fact the shoe is completely black. Fit is great with one exception - I have a narrow heel and when I tried to tighten the velcro in the back of the heel, the velcro strip was too short to make a difference. Would have liked the heel to be a little more snug but, all in all, this shoe works for me.

This is my third pair of Merrell, what I call summer sneakers, and was looking forward to getting them. Though the 2 prior sneakers had a baby jane design I thought I would try these, but found the toe area somehow "short". Even with opening the back strap the fit is not what I expected. After hurting my toe the first day I had to put them away for a week and now treading back slowly.
