This shoe is great ! I purchased a pair from a retail store in Bessemer, Michigan last year. I liked them so much that I am replacing them after wearing them out. I love the great arch support & the breathable fabric. I am 68 yrs old & work on mu feet on concrete year round and they help me keep active. Thanks !

Stay active in style and comfort! Thank you for this great review. We are thrilled to know you had worn the last pair so much and loved them you needed to get another pair.

I bought these to wear on a field trip that consisted of a lot of walking. I must say that these were to most UNCOMFORTABLE merrell shoes I have ever worn. My feet were tired and achy by the end of the day. No comfort at all. I was severely disappointed and ended up buying some Dr. Scholl's inserts for them to try and what a difference they made!

Merrell's Reply:

Thank you so much for your feedback on this very popular style. We do recommend breaking in shoes before you plan on wearing them for a long period of time. We are glad you were able to find a solution to make those more comfortable.

Everything I expected. My feet got messed up through pregnancy-edema, swollen metatarsal, etc. And these have been very supportive. They took about 4 days to break into. I live in Bellingham, Wa where there's lots of rain and tough terrain, too, so these are perfect for walking and hiking here. I love that they are light weight too.

Have worn no other shoe but the siren sport for over 4 years now. I wear this shoe daily for all activities and to work. I walk over 5 miles each day and I can truly say this shoe holds up better than any other shoe I have worn.
