The Chameleon II in my opinion and several other blog posts was the best of the Chameleon shoe. Having owned several pair and trying the III and IV style, the Chameleon II has classic style and I wish you would consider bringing it back.

I agree with the review by 'hatter'. The stretch III and IV are terrible compared to the II. I bought 1 pair of the 3s and tossed them after about a month. I just donated mypair of barely worn 4s to goodwill. The 4s should be classified as house slippers. In the past I had at least 10 pairs of the 2s, a truely fantastic shoe. I have since swithed to OBOZ. No more Merrell, the quality and fit have gone way downhill.

How do you most use this product?:
The IIs for everything from day to day, to major hikes. The 4s have limited support, only good around the house.

I bought these about 4 months ago and at first I wasn't too sure about them because they took a while to break in. But once they did I fell in love with them haha. All in all I would recommend these to anyone. Definitely buying again.

I had the normal chameleon 4's first and they sucked. These are amazing! Highly recommended!! Will buy again!!!

Wonderful water-proof, firm, light-weight hiking shoes that have proved durable for several days wear walking on the streets of New York City, Appalachian Trails, and Pacific Crest Trail in California. I would purchase these shoes again in a heart beat!
