Purchased this jacket for my partner and she absolutely loves it. She is 5'4, weighs in at about 105 lbs and the small fits her perfectly. Too, she tends to feel chilly, but not in this... She actually said "I'm toasty" on a 12 degree Midwest morning walk! It is colorful but not bright and a simple yet functional design. As a hiker, I have plenty of Merrell footwear and this was my first purchase in the clothing line. Very happy and next up for her are the Hewes, Geraldine or Isadore... I have to say, Merrell was way supportive when I encountered footwear issues on my AT thruhike and ALL of my purchases and deliveries have been without incident. She's happy and I'm happy too!

Very happy with purchase. I have received at least one or two a day comments on this jacket. Even my husband is surprised. Love the jacket - the colors are my favorite. At least once or twice a day I receive someone saying that they like my jacket, and want to know where I got it. My husband even is surprised with the comments on it.

This is the greatest winter jacket I've ever purchased! It performs just as described. I was nervous about selecting either medium or large because I didn't want bulk but I also didn't want a tight fit, so I contacted customer service to ask their honest opinion giving my weight, height, and fit that I was looking for. The lady I spoke with (online chat) was stupendous! Very helpful and friendly, and in the end the jacket fits perfectly. I just purchased it 12/26/2012 and have worn it everyday. I've gone hiking and cross country skiing with it, and it keeps me warm without overheating. Thank you Merrell!!!

i love this coat. it's the coat i have been looking for. i wear it everyday in all weathers. it is lightweight but warm and waterproof. i get compliments when ever i wear it.

Nice material and feel. However, the coat is tight around the middle (the wearer is slim); so the actual cut is slightly off. The zipper is too tight at the bottom as well - half the time its a struggle. This is the first Merrell product that, after receiving it, I felt was over priced for the quality of goods received. My wife doesn't want to return it since she feels it will hurt my feelings. My on-line purchasing experience has generally been positive. Not this time.
