I've been very happy with Merrell shoes for many years, so I was a little disappointed when they stopped making the Outland shoe. I contacted the company and asked which shoe would be most similar to the outdated Outland and they suggested the Geomorph Blaze. That was great advice! Both types of shoes are similar in style and I've found that the Geomorph is actually more comfortable than the Outland. My only regret is that I wish I had ordered the waterproof version. And.... I would have preferred black laces over the goofy brown and orange laces that come with the shoe.

I have always liked Merrell shoes and I appreciate them for making them in size 15. The Geomorph Blaze is the most comfortable shoe that I have ever worn. They provide a very stable support system and fit perfectly. This is an excellent shoe. I highly recommend them.

I am a repeat Merrell shoe buyer and the Geomorph Blaze was wonderful out of the box....never a rub or stiff component, and the air coushin makes walking much more pleasant. Think the laces diameter could be enlarged, but look good and will buy another pair in a different color.

this is at least my tenth pair of Merrill shoes. The outer sheath on one lace broke within 6 weeks of moderate use. The retailer I bought them from does not sell laces and told me to contact Merrill. I tried to put some more robust boot laces in their place only to find they were too thick for the narrow loops. Called Customer Service just to hear "...we sell laces on our website." period. This rep didn't even make an attempt to sound interested or concerned. Looked on the site, assuming these are 62" laces. Looked at the selection, nothing ever similar in the - only Blue. ...and I can't even be sure if I ordered something a little shorter, if they would be narrow enough for the loops. Well Merrill, is this hit & miss?
