Over all these shoes fit very well, although I had to insert and arch support and I don't have high arches. I'm on my feet a lot and have noticed less pain in my feet and knees. Sized as expected, no pinching or tightness. Sturdy reliable shoe!

I'm looking for a pair of hiking shoes and my friend suggested Merrell or Columbia. I choose Merrell base on the review. I ordered a pair of calia but when it come in I started to worry it's not waterproof since it look exactly like sneakers but not hiking shoes. I need a pair that is waterproof because the place I'm going to hide will be muddy. I may need to return it =/

We recommend this style for light hiking. Take a look at the Women Moab Waterproof's which will have a more rugged sole and the waterproof that you need. We appreciate your review.
