It's great to be able to replace with the 'correct' laces (they do tend to wear out), but for my shoe size (7.5), 52 inches is about 4 inches too long. It would be nice to have a 48 or 50 inch alternative in the walnut/orange color scheme.

Most Helpful Critical Review
I'm on my fourth pair of Merrell boots. I recently purchased a pair of waterproof Moab mid high boots in earth color. I have told all my friends about how great these boots are and how comfortable they are. These have 60" black and orange laces that match the lace eyes of the boots. I broke a lace so I come to the Merrell site to buy replacement laces and the only laces in the length I need (60") are blue? Boy won't that be the quality statement for Merrell boots? It looks like this will be my last pair of Merrells. Too bad because I liked the way they fit my feet.

This is the second time I've come in here to buy replacement insoles and laces, something I don't think I've ever done with any other shoes. Usually the shoes are ready for the trash by the time the laces and insoles are shot. So... this is really a plug for Merrell Ventilators. I've now got three pairs of the same, in various stages of hard earned decay. Over and over they get used and absused, go for a run in the washing machine, and come out ready for more. The tread is deep and the uppers are tough. I've never gotten so many trail miles out of a shoe. What more could you ask?

I first cross the laces, then make a loop, wrap the first loop with the other end, and then tuck another loop under.
