The fabric is very nice but the neck strap is WAY too tight and pinches my neck. When I stand up straight it pulls the shelf bra up too high. And it's not because the dress is too small. I am not overweight but I deliberately ordered a larger size so it would not be too clingy over a bathing suit. It would be much better with adjustable criss-cross straps.
