I got the Trail Glove Wide a couple of weeks ago and they instantly became my favorite shoe ever. I haven't taken them off since... and used them from office (thanks to subdued black color scheme) to walks to (their purpose) trail running! I will need additional pairs. I only wish Merrell would produce some of the other models in wide as well (e.g., the Road Glove)!

Couldn't be happier so far with my Barefoot Run Trail Glove shoes. Have only had them a month but loving them. My only problem is I can't wear them to work everyday because I work in an office requiring casual business wear. Merrell, how about coming up with a barefoot dress shoe?

Just completed the Trailwalker Japan 100 km race using this shoes. No blisters, no problems these shoes were great. My team mates were swapping out their cushioned shoes after 70 km. Would recommend these shoes to anyone who wants to run minimal.

I purchased my first pair of trail gloves over two years ago. They have lasted through trail runs, hikes, and just casual strolling around. I definitely would recommend these shoes to anyone.

I purchased the original trail glove when it came out 2+yrs ago and really had to give up on wearing them out to get these wider versions. I love the original for how it feels on the trail but wanted to rip them off my foot as soon as I was done running since they were too narrow and could never stand to wear them walking around. These wide hit the nail on the head. They didn't seem to require the 50-100mi break in period that the original ones did and felt great from day one. I ran a trail 20k race this weekend over sand, rocks, minimal pavement, gravel, etc and they felt perfect on everything. I run sockless and no problems with blisters or anything even with all the sand and dirt that was in them by the end. I often ride my motorcycle to the trail and these grip the pavement and footpegs better than my motorcycle boots do. Bottom line, if Merrell doesn't decide to release the Trail Glove 2 in a wide, then I hope they don't stop making these and if they do, I'll be stocking up on them before they are impossible to find.
