Shoes were true to size, don't rub or pinch my toes and I have an average foot - not narrow or wide. They are comfortable and really do let the water drain right out of the bottom. I recently wore them on a walking city tour in the absolute pouring rain. While I watched other people try to jump and avoid the puddles, I strode right on through with no issues! My one wish is that they dried faster. I put them on the air conditioning vent overnight and the next morning, they were still wet. They did dry out by bedtime though and if it had been sunnier i could have probably propped them in the window and let the sun help, but it was gray and rainy all weekend. They aren't the most stylish looking shoes but in the rain or wet, I guess you can't be too choosy. How about a pink color or something other than white/tan/brown? That would be awesome!

I got these "river gloves" for sailing, not sure how well that would translate, but they are great! Enough support and yet I can feel what I am climbing on when working with sails, lines, getting on and off the boat to dock or cast off. Also have worn them to work where I am on my feet for 6 hours at a stretch. Comfortable and true to size. Like the way they look too!

This is my first pair of Merrells. It is probably one of the most expensive shoes I have purchased, but I'm really glad I spent the extra money because I can see now that it is a quality product. I bought them when my husband and I decided to go kayaking. They are comfortable in the water and out, they dry relatively quickly, and are comfortable to walk in wet or dry. I wore them all day (pavement and trails) on the first wear and was really pleased - no blisters! I will say the velcro strap on top is a little tight (even for me, I wear size 5 and have narrow feet) but luckily it is adjustable so you can strap the velcro more loosely if needed. I was concerned they might be hard to clean (I purchased the white pair). However, I got them pretty muddy and dirty while at the lake with my dogs on a separate trip, and they cleaned really easily - we just hosed them down with clean water and they look close to new.

Sooooooo Comfortable! Just received them and they feel great . . . like the style, also! Plan to wear them in water classes.

This is my second pair of barefoot shoes from Merrill and I love them!! I did try the ballet type barefoot but it just was not right, so I sent them back with NO problems what so ever! I replaced them with this shoe and I am so pleased. I really like the mary jane style they hug my foot and are extremely comfortable, like wearing nothing at all,but with all the support. Merrill knows how to keep their customers happy and coming back with great customer service. Thank you Merrill gang!!!!
