I really like this as it provides light weight comfort with an SPF factor that will benefit in certain weather conditions. The shirt is more comfortable than many other "non-cotton" shirts I have worn. It is a good cover for layers and the orange color is functional when I bike as a safety indicator. I have ordered others both long and short sleeve. I have slept in the shirt and run and lifted in it as well. GREAT PRODUCT. The shirt is true to size, non binding and the sleeve length is great for taller individuals.
