I've had these shoes for over a year, they are awesome. I wear them daily and they are used as work shoes on concrete. My feet never hurt and the shoes show little wear. My biggest disappointment is they don't seem to have any more in my size.

I purchased my Brown/Black World Leaders in July of 2011 at Rockport Outlet store in NJ. They were and still are the most amazing everyday shoe I have ever worn. Hot or cold weather, they keep my feet comfortable! Great Job Merrill! They are only now showing some perforation of the tread material at the side of the heel. Now If I could only find them again. Have they been discontinued? I have just ordered a pair of World Ramblers online and hope they give the same level of performance and comfort. Thanks again for making my shoe purchase an easy choice.

First I bought the World Rambler in Dark earth. Terrific. Then in Black, dressier, seems a bit more capacious (deep) but I just put in a cheap inner sole -- great. What I hope is that Merrel do not discontinue this line. I am buying online, cannot fins a shop anywhere near me to try shoes on, so I rely on the same "last" (shape) and size forever.

I love this great shoe. I have a fallen arch and need supportive shoes to get around. These are very comfortable and supportive plus they look a lot better than orthopedic shoes. Thanks for offering the wide width too.

Just recently got a second pair of World Ramblers and they squeaked a bit because of the new leather and tackiness of the insole. First pair which I got a while ago did not squeak. All I did to remedy the squeak was to remove the insole and sprinkle a little baby powder in there and replace the insoles. Stopped squeaking immediately. Love these shoes. They are comfortable and durable and great for walking substantial distances in case you miss your ride.
