not a big fleece wearer, but i must say, i love this layer! it's impressively warm and cozy(with a nice texture), yet lightweight. i run around outside on a pretty constant basis, and this is a staple of mine... it keeps very well, too - you can wipe stuff off of it easy enough... aesthetically, the arm pocket is a nice touch, but i feel a vertical breast pocket might be more practical, especially if it's worn under another garment. but overall, i'm very satisfied - it's a real champ!

It is very soft, comfortable, and the warm. It fit great. I got the evergreen color and as always I worry about color when buying online as the picture doesn't always reflect how it really looks. In this case it was exactly like the picture a very nice dark green! Our dachshund likes to snuggle into my lap while I'm wearing it!!!

Great baselayer! Not bulky, but warm and soft against the skin. Will make a welcomed edition to my Ridgerift (another great product, BTW). It's starting to get cold here in Japan, and I do alot of touring, and sometimes like to go off the beaten path to camp. Also makes for a good night's sleep outside when coupled with a sleeping bag. Wished the sleeve pocket was on the chest - it's hard to get to when wearing as a baselayer. Own two in Granite color - plan on buy more of the other colors. Another GREAT product, Merrell!
