I have Refuge Core and Chameleon 4 Gortex shoes. I replaced the insert with triple-density recently. The Chameleon 4 are better than before but the Refuge have broken down beyond use. I put about 750 miles on each shoe so, not bad. I should get many more years out of the Chameleon 4 because they are a tougher shoe.

I love my Merrell Shiver Mocs and they have held up extremely well. However, since I wear them nearly everyday the insoles eventually needed replacing and my first inclination was to simply find a replacement insole at local shoe store but I could not find any that matched the quality of the original Merrell insoles. The price of the insoles was very reasonable so I ordered 2 sets - One for me, the other for my brother who introduced me to Merrell some years ago. My Shiver Mocs are size 10.5 and the size 10 insoles were a perfect fit. My Merrell's have a new life and I look forward to many more years of comfort
