My greatest accomplishment to date is: surviving the Yukon Arctic Ultra
When I was little I wanted to grow up to be:

o A Fire Fighter
o A Professional athlete

Most amazing place I’ve ever competed at was: Utah
The best advice I would give fellow athletes is: suck it up when it gets tough.
My favorite thing to do after a long race/challenge is:
o Eat and drink to replenish my body
o Rest and relax
o Move onto the next thing… I never really stop

What keeps me going when a competition gets tough is: the knowledge that the feeling of quitting will last much longer than the current pain I am experiencing
The one movie I’ve seen a million times and still love to watch is: K-2
One of my success secrets/tips is: if I told you that it wouldn’t be a secret any more.
