Bought these to start rebuilding arch in foot as Im flat footed. Its early days and there is no sign of beautiful arch. The shoes are extremely comfortable. Find running in them a lot easier. Foot doesnt seem to land as heavily. Still getting used to them as foot muscles need strengthening. Find strain pushed to calf muscle rather than shin so thats good. Highly recommended. I had to buy a size up. I think 1/2 size up would have been perfect but Merill dont do this shape in half I needed.
