I have those boots for about 2 weeks an the stitching the left one is off .Been to the shop but they stock them just online .Checked online for my size ,but is not avilable .Could you offer solution as i really need the boots for next wednesday as we are going on snow holiday .

I bought these in December 2011, with the main reason that they are supposed to be waterproof. They are fantastically warm and comfortable and initially were waterproof. By late Spring I had worn through the first layer of the sole of the left boot (under my heel). This is allowing water in and also appears to becoming through the stitching around the toes - as a result, they are very squelchy if it's raining and very difficult to dry out. All in all very disappointing as they are no longer waterproof and probably won't manage to wear them this Winter

Since the shoes are outside our one year warranty, the retailer you purchased these from will not be able to assist you. We, however, would like to offer you some further help.
