5 stars to Customer Services who have just sent me a pair of MOAB boots to replace Siren boots which leaked like a sieve. (hardly worn but purchased over a year ago ) Fingers crossed these boots live up to the description.

Got these as a replacement for very leaky Sirens. Very comfortable and so far (only 3 weeks) no leaks. Customer service for replacements is generally good.

Rather disappointed. Good shoe. Comfortable. But after only 2 months both are leaking at the heel. Possibly between upper and sole joint. Nothing to do with needing waterproof treatment as done that. Should take them back to shop but didn't keep the receipt. Particularly disappointing because these were bought to replace Merrell Siren Ventilator which were also good until after 6 months when one shoe split along the front seam. Back to the drawing board! Previously always impressed by Merrell shoes.

What has happened to quality control? I love Merrell for comfort and fit but I'm on my third pair this year! Waterproofing just doesn't exist after a few weeks. Enuma - 2 weeks. Siren - 3 weeks. Moab - 6 weeks. All I want is comfortable dry feet - is it too much to ask? Come on Merrell and own up - you have problems.
