I ordered these to replace a pair of the same type that I've had for about 4 years. The old pair haven't died yet despite constant wear in a lot of different situations but I noticed they weren't looking as good as they did. When the new pair arrived I slipped them on and it was like saying hi to an old friend. The immediate feeling of comfort that surrounded my feet put a huge smile on my face for the rest of the day. So now the old pair are demoted to dog walking duties (I live in the countryside so we walk a lot on bridleways) and the new pair are my "best" for wearing when I can be casual.

I ordered these for my husband. He has had a few pairs in this style over the years but they are not available anywhere else in half sizes (a must for a good fit - especially when walking a good distance). The service is fast and the product is exactly as described. If you have tried these on in a store and the sizes are not quite right, use the website and get what you need. The shoes cradle the feet and support exactly where they should.

One of the most comfortable everyday use slip on shoes I've ever owned. Happened upon my first pair in NY back in 2006 when following my wife around the many many stores. Attracted by the look I tried them on and my aching feet smiled up at me and said "buy these... buy these now!" Not being one to ignore what my body tells me I bought them. Last year I had to retire them because the tread had gone but how delighted was I to find that they're still in production. Same again please Merrell plus a spare pair.

Had a pair of these bought in the USA almost 10 years ago and just bought a pair for my son. Great fit and very hard wearing! Slight mix up on delviery but Merrell sorted very quickly.
