I am in love with these shoes and I am so happy the folks at Merrell decided to make an open summer sandal! I got them because I don't have any comfortable summer shoes (well I do now!) and I needed something for the sweltering heat. These sandals are amazing. They are super comfortable from the first day on, my feet barely get sweaty at all in them and they are great for both short and long walks, the beach, lounging around anywhere and theoretically, even light workouts (I have yet to try this). I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is tired of narrow "flats" that are not really flat and squish your toes together. I had actually developed a really bad callus between my little toe and the next one because of regular FLAT shoes and sandals. Trust me, opt for these, they are well worth the money. If you want them to be extra good for summer, use some odour absorbing powder and you'll be golden!

I placed my order through the website and was surprised how quickly I got my new sandals. I absolutely LOVE these sandals. They are awesome! I wanted to try them on in a store first, just to see how they would fit. But, after many phone calls around, noone carried this sandal. Which I am assuming is new to Merrell, or somewhat new. I read reviews on a different website in the states, that carried this sandal and the reviews were excellent. I have a hard time finding shoes to fit me, even less when I can't try them on first. But these shoes fit like a glove! Absolutely thrilled with my new purchase. I bought them in black, because they match with everything and won't show the dirt. If you want a pair of different looking sandals, that are light weight, stylish and fit perfect, then these are the shoes for you!
