I have pretty weird shaped heels and so I have never been able to wear boots without enduring horrific blisters. These boots are so perfectly formed to fit even my feet that I was able to wear them while my huge quarter size blisters were healing from a short hike in a pair of Salomon boots. I've worn them on long and very demanding hikes while carrying a 35lb pack over extremely rough terrain and they have been fantastic in terms of comfort and grip on steep flat rock surfaces. Hiking in the rain is no problem, my feet stay dry even after stepping in deep puddles of mud and water. In addition to being comfortable and waterproof, they're also seriously light. The last thing you want is to be carrying extra weight on your feet, and these boots are as light as they come. Highly recommended.
