Je suis très sportive et j'utilise ses bottes pour la randonnée et pour les randonnées en raquettes ainsi que pour le cerf volant de traction! Je pars de longues heures par temps froid ou plus chaud et je n'ai jamais eu froid aux pieds lors de mes activités. Cette botte semble rigide la première fois, bon soutien de la cheville. Les meilleures bottes d'hiver que j'ai acheté jusqu'à maintenant! Merci Merrell! Une madame très satisfaite et heureuse de profiter de l'hiver!

Thank you for making my life so much easier this winter ! I do a lot of walking through all sorts of conditions and drive a lot. These boots proved to be the best. Warm, waterproof, easy on and off with lacing (all the way up or laces wrapped around to ankles) Lightweight, gorgeous colour, perfect fit, designed rounded at the front to keep toes from being cramped and therefore cold. Super comfy when shopping around malls, great grip soles. Pure perfection ! My first Merrell's and not my last ! Love them !

I bought these boots in the fall for our Canadian Prairie winter. I outside to work everyday for about 20 min each way, and these boots kept my feet warm and dry through the -45oC weather (no that's not an exaggeration), the deep snow, slush, and ice and everything else winter threw at us. I'm not sure what happened for the previous reviewer, but I wore those boots everyday for 5-6 months, taking them on and off at work every day and the hooks are not loose or showing any unusual signs of wear. The boots are a bit stiffer (more like hiking boots) than Merrell running shows, but I likes that as they protected my ankles from the sharp snow, and added some extra support while trying to balance on icy patches. I highly recommend these boots for anyone that lives in an area with a good, strong winter. They will keep your feet warm and dry...what more could you ask for in winter boots??

I purchased these boots last year. They are very warm and stay dry, fairly light weight. They really aren't that comfortable because even after several months of wear, they still feel "stiff" to wear - different from other Merrill footwear. I was also disappointed when the top lacing hook came off of both boots. With this missing, the laces are too long and keep coming loose - the round laces are always coming undone. In general, I really don't like these boots and would not buy this particular style again. Unfortunately, because of the investment, I will be wearing them for a couple more winters.

This boot really hurts! the name says it all! There is an arc in the arch of the footbed that cramps my foot and anyone else who has tried it on...It is new and I cannot wear it!There seems to be a misplaced metatarsel support....too bad...a very expensive boot sits in is box...when tried it on in the store it was fine...but after wearing inside my home for a few moments realized a mistake was made...Cannot return them to beware!
